- Main Responsibilities 主要职责
- 客户订单追踪及订单管理 Customer orders tracking and management
- 订单报告及情况汇总 Monitor the order status via Monthly & Weekly report, update status timely
- 国际国内收款及物流安排 International and domestic collection and logistics arrangement
- 客户服务,沟通及关系维护 Customer service, communication and relationship maintenance
- 客户参观、客户检验接待安排 Customer visit, customer inspection reception arrangement
- Qualifications /Experience 资格及经验要求
- 本科及以上学历,国际贸易或相关专业Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or related
- CET-4以上,或流利的外语交流能力。 Cet-4 or above, or fluent in foreign language communication
- 熟练应用ORACLE EXCEL, Power Point, Proficient in ORACLE, EXCEL, PowerPoint .
- 擅长数据整理,分析和演示。Good at data sorting, analysis and presentation.
- 具有良好的解决问题能力,善于沟通,团队精神Good problem solving skills, good communication skills and team spirit
- 3年以上外企相关工作经验者优先At least 3 years working experience in foreign company is preferred
