Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and lead in Engineering and Marketing requirements and understand FCV Oracle Global Design Requirements 
• Design and implement system and process improvements identified by user request or by proactive engagement in the business 
• Conduct data analysis on opportunities identified or user requests and create data tools when necessary to identify data gaps in product portfolio, narrow down or fill in the gaps by standardizing existing special product offerings to reduce work content of Sales/OE/Product Engineer and bring good impact to lead time
• Coordinate and implement Business Intelligence to fulfill management and users reporting requirements 
• Participate in cross world area meetings and conference calls to resolve issues and to participate instance testing when required 
• Interact and communicate effectively with global engineering organizations, sales, LBPs, marketing, order entry, manufacturing, supply chain, IT and FF2/Oracle team as required to reduce enterprise lead-time via the right product structure offerings
   

Qualifications /Experience

• BSME/MSME or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or Related Areas
• Possess good analytical & problem-solving skills, and an ability & willingness to undertake multi-tasks and work under tight schedule 
• Knowledge on Oracle Engineering and Inventory modules is an added advantage
• Have experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting tools like Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Power Excel, and Noetix
• Proficient Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office, ERP
• Knowledge/Experience on IT Systems or Information Management, Hands-On Experience with Databases is Preferred
• Effective in spoken and written English
