In this capacity, you will act as a frontline in giving solutions to customers through calls and emails. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze, qualify, and complete change order requests.
  • Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for special and replacement orders.
  • Escalate expedite orders and quote requests.
  • Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges.
  • Acknowledge customer complaints in emails and phone calls and provide solutions to customers.
  • Log individual productivity daily.

For this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • 6 months of relevant customer support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and typing skills.
