By joining us as a Manager, Workstream Project Implementation, you will be in charge of leading efforts to manage the outbound and inbound processes for Global Financial Services Manila in order to efficiently achieve the project's goals and objectives, which will align with and support Emerson's business objectives.
In this capacity, you will manage the execution of all workstream transfer projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will also act as a key integration coordinator across work streams and stakeholders. In this role, you will:
- Lead all project management resources within the region with responsibility for managing the implementation project and ensuring the appropriate project execution.
- Provide communication and coordination to business partners, site finance leadership teams, GFS pillar leaders and teams, HR recruitment, and HR leadership teams.
- Prepare and present project status to the Global Project Team, informing them of issues arising from the performance of the regional project and providing a proactive opportunity to mitigate variances to the plan.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and supervise and summarize the progress of the project.
- Manage GoLive meetings with the Site and Pillars; cultivate and maintain collaborator relationships.
- Work with the VP and Site Leader GFS Manila to ensure alignment with the overall program timeline and advance issues.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage the appropriate data for the project and ensure it is accurate and valid.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- 10 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of experience leading a team or project.
- Strong process management experience to understand and define processes with global teams.
