In this capacity, you will manage the execution of all workstream transfer projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will also act as a key integration coordinator across work streams and stakeholders. In this role, you will:

• Lead all project management resources within the region with responsibility for managing the implementation project and ensuring the appropriate project execution.
• Provide communication and coordination to business partners, site finance leadership teams, GFS pillar leaders and teams, HR recruitment, and HR leadership teams.
• Prepare and present project status to the Global Project Team, informing them of issues arising from the performance of the regional project and providing a proactive opportunity to mitigate variances to the plan.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and supervise and summarize the progress of the project.
• Manage GoLive meetings with the Site and Pillars; cultivate and maintain collaborator relationships.
• Work with the VP and Site Leader GFS Manila to ensure alignment with the overall program timeline and advance issues.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage the appropriate data for the project and ensure it is accurate and valid.

For this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 10 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of experience leading a team or project.
• Strong process management experience to understand and define processes with global teams.
