Empath Health is currently seeking a Pharmacy Delivery Dispatch Lead to join our team.

The Pharmacy Delivery Dispatch Lead:

Responsible for coordinating deliveries of medication or other items to Empath Health patients via pharmacy drivers, hospice volunteers or contracted courier services.

Manages a fast-paced operations environment in which the incumbent will take and respond to phone calls as well as manage computer programs and systems.

Position Requirements

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two (2) years of delivery or logistics experience.

Licensure: Valid Florida driver's license and driving record that qualifies as acceptable as per insurance requirements.

Must provide proof of valid automobile insurance, a copy of which will be placed in the employee's HR file.

Ability to direct the work of the other employees effectively

Proven customer service skills. Good communication and organization skills.

Excellent computer skills (typing, web-based systems, Microsoft Office).
