Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development.

As an ASIC Project Manager you would be a vital part of a growing and global organization. Digital ASIC and FPGA sector delivers ASIC and FPGA solutions to PDU Radio and PDU Compute and Digital Silicon for Baseband, Street-Macro and Radio products. The Digital ASIC and FPGA development muscle consists of 600+ R&D professionals in 4 main sites.

The ASIC Project Manager will report to ASIC & FPGA Program Office Manager (within PDU CDS Operations) and join a global team of skilled and experience IP, FPGA and ASIC PM's.

Responsibilities:
As an ASIC project manager, you will
•Be responsible for the planning and execution of a complete ASIC development project
•Be working together with Ericsson internal staff and projects as well as external suppliers
•Ensure quality in deliveries on time
•Drive technology and product leadership
•Visualize progress and communicate status
•Risk Management
•Develop Teams, Individuals and Organizations
•Drive & Coach Continuous Improvements
•Coach & Drive Knowledge Sharing and Learning
•Drive flow optimization, innovation and improvements

Key Qualifications:
•Education: BSC or equivalent
•Min years of experience: 5 years
•Domain experience: Ericsson R&D in general and ASIC development in particular
•You will need excellent HW Project Management understanding
•Strong communication skills and a good relationship builder
•Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
•Customer Insight
•Business Understanding

The position is located in Kista, Stockholm.
