Our Exciting Opportunity

RAN engineer, here is your new challenge! Join us for a role focused on executing design, audit, and optimization services! This position will be part of the solution as well as the service process, plus be responsible for upkeeping time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contract.

The RAN network engineer performs design, optimization, and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements and reporting directly to a Project Manager. ​

You will
  • to be accountable for the day to day delivery of the assigned Project towards the Market Area.
  • analyze & fix different network related issues in any of the mobile network generations.
  • design, cluster and important metric optimization, improvement plan, report, and worst cell analysis.
  • metrics & alarm monitoring, customer complaint and ticket analysis report.
  • work with market leads to execute the delivery in a time-bound manner
To be successful in the role you must have
  • Proven experience in the field of GSM/UMTS/LTE/VoLTE RF tuning and optimization
  • Extensive experience in mobile network counters and timers.
  • Experience on tools for handling network elements in mobile radio and operational Network capacity planning.

Excellent knowledge of Ericsson, NSN or Huawei products and services is a plus.
