Our Exciting Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible to handle R&D tax credits, grants, work force management and other operations related tasks.
In the role you will be working in our inspiring environment with a mix of nationalities and be part of the R&D France leadership team.
At R&D France you are encouraged to take decisions on behalf of your manager and represent the unit in areas where you think you can make a difference. We want you to join activities in different operations As Operations Manager, you will be working in our inspiring environment with a mix of nationalities, providing administrative support to the Head of R&D center France and the leadership team as well as the center members.
Secure that we have the process and drive the handling of that we get tax credits for our R&D development in France, including interaction with authorities, Ericsson Global R&D and Customer Unit
Manage and control of the local partners to which provide the 'raw' material for tax credit
“Hunt” for R&D projects with financing in the domains of competences of the R&D Center
Handle the work-force/capability management and operations connected to the France R&D Center
Network and connect with other R&D Operations Managers within and outside the organization
To be successful you must have:
- Education: University Degree
- Understanding of R&D tax handling
- Good interaction skills with internal teams of Tax and R&D managers (those who will define the R&D scope to be qualified for tax credit) as well as partners
- Project management experience
- Operations experience
- Proficient written and spoken English and French
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a collaborative manner.
- Self-driven, reliable and with an engaging demeanor
- Ability to learn, open and adaptable personality
