The Enterprise Cybersecurity and Risk (ECR) Digital Identity Engineer focused on identity management will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, IT, Brands, Regions, and Functions to architect cross-organizational solutions.
Specifically, the individual will: •Participate in deploying business-focused, IAM transformational initiatives. •Use a deep understanding of authentication tools/technologies to participate in defining the IAM strategy to transform ELC's IAM landscape. •Participates in collaborative architecture development sessions with Product team, Operations, IT, ECR, and other stakeholders. •Performs configurations and engineering of various identity technologies such as Active Directory, O365, Identity repository •Research and analyze technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise. •Maintain a high level of personal integrity, including the ability to professionally handle confidential matters by executing the appropriate level of judgment and maturity. •Handle competing priorities, seeking consensus when stakeholders have different/contradicting opinions. •Mentor and provide guidance to other team members.

Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects, including Privileged User Identity, Privileged Password, session brokering, session management, and session recording
Working in a diverse cross-platform privileged access management (PAM) environment
Engineers business processes and solutions to ensure that PAM services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements
Responsible for planning, scoping, deploying and integrating Privileged Account Management Solution - CyberArk
Strong oral and written communication skills, influence/negotiation skills, analytical skills, and conflict management experience. Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and manage ambiguity.
Ability to work during evenings or on weekends to support special tasks or projects. Adaptability to work in a global culture that includes a 24/7 support model. Potentially need to travel to support critical projects.
Experience with IT project management concepts and reporting. Proficient (oral and written) in English as a business language.
Experience handling, securing, and communicating highly confidential and sensitive information.
