Responsabilités Fournir du soutien et des conseils à la direction et aux employés dans le domaine des relations de travail, pour promouvoir des pratiques équitables et cohérentes dans des groupes spécifiques (de 400 à 600 employés environ). Faciliter la résolution des problèmes de relations de travail présentant divers degrés de complexité, des enquêtes internes, du rendement, etc. tout en permettant de maintenir une main-d'œuvre intéressée et hautement motivée dans un environnement non syndiqué Veiller à la cohérence de l'application des politiques et des programmes et/ou fournir des conseils sur les préoccupations individuelles des employés se rapportant à l'application des politiques et programmes et à leurs exceptions. Fournir des conseils et l'appui de premier niveau aux cas d'exception qui ne sont pas prévus dans les politiques. Fournir des services de relations de travail en étant accessible. Aider les directeurs à régler les problèmes de communication. Apporter de l'assistance et des conseils concernant les mesures disciplinaires, l'amélioration du rendement, les cas d'exception aux politiques et les réorganisations qui peuvent créer des problèmes de relations de travail, par exemple les déplacements de personnel ; faire des recommandations selon les cas et selon la progression des mesures disciplinaires. Éduquer la direction et les employés concernant les relations de travail et les questions générales de ressources humaines, les précédents et les lois du travail. Fournir des conseils et de l'assistance pour développer, communiquer ou implanter des initiatives ou des changements aux RH. Désamorcer les conflits en milieu de travail, faire office de médiateur et, si possible, rechercher des solutions gagnantes pour toutes les parties en cause. Agir en partenariat avec la direction pour désamorcer et régler les problèmes de moral au niveau des succursales et du district. Expérience & Compétences Exigées Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français. Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou l'équivalent. Accréditations / Certifications / Licences (Préférés) - Conseiller en ressources humaines agréé (CRHA). Quatre (4) ans d'expérience professionnelle en ressources humaines. Maîtriser fortement la gestion de projet, la gestion du temps et la résolution de problèmes. Connaître à fond le Code canadien du travail et la Charte canadienne des droits de la personne. Suite Microsoft Office FedEx Express Canada is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Representative (Montreal, Quebec) Responsibilities Provides employee relations support, guidance and counsel to both management and employees fostering consistent and fair people practices to specific workgroups. Facilitates the problem-solving process of employee relations' issues with varying degrees of complexity, internal investigations, performance, etc. while enabling a highly motivated, engaged workforce in a union free environment. Ensures consistency of policy and program application and/or provides consultation on individual employee concerns as related to policy/program application or exceptions thereto. Provides guidance and first level endorsement on exceptions that are not addressed in policy. Provides employee relation services through accessibility and assists management with communication issues. Assists and counsels with regards to disciplinary action, performance improvement, policy exceptions, reorganization resulting in employee relations concerns (i.e., personnel displacement) and makes recommendations based on each case and progressive discipline. Educates management and employees on employee relations and general human resources issues, policy precedent, and labour legislation. Provides guidance and assistance to develop, communicate, or implement HR initiatives or changes. Provides guidance to junior ER staff. Provides assistance in training/orientation of new ER/field management. Actively diffuses and mediates work place conflicts and disputes and where possible seeks out a win/win solution for the parties involved. Partners with management to diffuse and troubleshoot problematic station and district level morale issues. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Fully bilingual in English and French. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Four (4) years of human resources experience. Accreditations/Certifications/Licenses (Preferred. Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Strong project/time management and problem solving skills. Sound knowledge of Canada Labour Code, Human Rights legislation. Strong knowledge of Canada PEOPLE manual. Microsoft Office Suite.
