Team Leader, Planning and Advice

The Team

The Team Leader is a key member of the Regional Center Planning and Advice group providing leadership to a team of licensed sales associates. Their primary responsibility is to lead, coach, and develop the team in order to drive exceptional customer experiences and build lifetime relationships with our customers through financial planning and investment guidance.

 The Expertise You Have

  • Previous management experience in financial services; sales management and/or sales experience preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, 9/10 licenses strongly preferred or able to obtain
  • Insurance licenses preferred
