Position Summary:

The Director of Brand Marketing will be a key leader within the marketing team to drive the brand and business for our portfolio of brands, including FOX, Marzocchi, Race Face, and Easton Cycling.  In this role, you will create strategy, develop plans, produce, execute, and measure best-in-class global brand marketing programs. You will lead a team of marketing professionals including PR, sports marketing and digital to drive brand relevance and resonance.  Working closely with our product marketing and creative teams, you'll be responsible leading the strategic planning and execution of our content across all owned channels in addition to partnerships with our key retail and OE partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute brand strategies across all channels for our portfolio of brands, including FOX, Marzocchi, Race Face, and Easton Cycling.

  • Strategically position the brand through storytelling that resonates with our audiences.

  • Develop and oversee the execution of a global editorial calendar.

  • Lead the creation and execution of omni channel and globally relevant product and brand campaigns across all four brands – then measure and report on campaign performance.

  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to a diverse global marketing team, including PR, digital and sports marketing.

  • Create and foster key relationships with marketing/creative agencies, business partners and sponsored athletes.

  • Lead our sports marketing efforts, ensuring we're working with the best athletes in the world and connecting them to our audience through humanistic storytelling.

  • Lead our digital team, ensuring we're growing our community through our owned channels and delivering content that inspires, educates and converts.

  • Lead our global PR efforts, managing internal and external resources to support all product and brand initiatives.

  • Work in close partnership with our sales teams, ensuring that we're supporting sell through for our aftermarket, e-com and OE partners.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Marketing experience across facets of marketing from brand strategy and media relations to sports marketing and brand partnerships.

  • A proven track record in effectively building, organizing, managing, developing, and mentoring broad-based marketing teams

  • Strong digital marketing experience across all digital marketing media.

  • Experience positively influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through interdepartmental projects

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal & written) and presentation skills.

  • Computer proficient, with ability to learn and leverage new programs.

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree or comparable post-secondary education in Business, Economics or equivalent.

  • An MBA Business degree with an emphasis on marketing, is preferred

Experience:

  • 10+ years' marketing experience working in a fast paced, results driven work environment for a global brand, preferably within the outdoor or action sports industry.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Office environment

  • Work related travel up to 20% of time.

  • Vision abilities to write, read and work in an office
