Role Summary: As an apprentice at Power Conversion, you will join an Advanced Apprenticeship Programme in our manufacturing department. You will work closely with both other members of the manufacturing department and the wider operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to earn money while attaining a recognised qualification.

Essential Responsibilities: We are looking for apprentices who are currently studying Engineering/Manufacturing to complete a three training scheme. The three year training scheme will consist of practical training in the various engineering disciplines across all process elements.

This presents an excellent opportunity for the candidate to develop hands on-skills and begin a career in rotating electrical machines manufacturing. Candidates will be closely linked to a course of study which will, at a minimum, lead to the attainment of an NVQ level 3 qualification.

Qualifications/Requirements: Successful candidates will have / be expecting a minimum of 4 GCSE or equivalent passes at grade C or above including English, Maths and either a Science or Technology based subject or equivalent knowledge or experience.
