Role Summary: As a Global Bioprod Governance, Process & Project Lead within the Commercial Operations organization, you will be working horizontally across the Life Sciences business to deliver global solutions simplifying the Order Management & OTR processes. You will own the wing-to-wing project cycle, from initial scoping, through execution and implementation, and lead x-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the complete project.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of global OM/OTR projects, e.g. business acquisitions, integrations and process improvements, with x-functional impact
  • Subject Matter Expert for global OM/OTR processes, incl. documentation, communication, training and Super User support
  • Evaluate OM/OTR processes to identify opportunities for simplification, productivity and digitization
  • Support the development of clear and actionable KPIs/metrics across the OM/OTR process
  • Work collaboratively across regions and functions to establish global OM/OTR standards and ways-of-working
  • Champion digitization and simplification, working closely with the Commercial Operations Leadership team to support the transition to a Digital Order Journey
  • Collaborate with other Project Leaders to drive synergies and best practices across the teams
  • Actively partner with IT and horizontal teams to effectively align and execute on priorities and projects

Quality Specific Goals:
  1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
  2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
  4. Identify continuous improvement activities by initiating the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Thorough experience from working with ERP systems (preferably ORACLE), with deep knowledge about processes in ERP for OTR / SC / Service / Finance
  • Demonstrated strong project management and process improvement experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience from working with global and x-functional teams to deliver projects and/or process improvements
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with horizontal teams from all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex business processes and user requirements into clear and action focused project plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions
  • Experience working as part of a global and virtual team
  • Knowledge of testing principles, processes and procedures
  • Professional knowledge of general office applications; e.g. Power Point, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Experience from working with established process improvement toolkits, e.g LEAN, Six Sigma, FastWorks, Agile
