Role Summary: Works on multiple projects as a technical expert or internal consultant. Works on projects for components of the domain. Works either multiple technical or functional domains. Participates in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction. Participates in the EA (Enterprise Architecture) governance model. Coaches and mentors team members.
Essential Responsibilities: Assists in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
Gathers and analyzes data and develops architectural requirements at project level. Supports the development of software, data and technology platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses. Researches and evaluates emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT
-Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government SECRET security clearance
