*This position is 40 hours per week, Days/Evenings with weekly schedules as follows:Week 1: Monday 11:00am – 7:30pm, Wednesday 7:00am-3:30pm, Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm, Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, Saturday 7:00am-3:30pmWeek 2: Sunday 7:00am – 3:30pm, Tuesday 11:00am-7:30pm, Wednesday 7:00am-3:30pm, Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm, Friday 7:00am-3:30pmTo support patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education – HS diploma or GED; or equivalent experience. A.A.S. Degree preferred
- Experience - 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with diverse clientele who may be facing medical difficulties preferred.
- License: N/A
- Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Proven work history of demonstrating proficient and courteous telephone skills and interactions with all customers. Demonstrates clear, professional written and verbal communications. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications to include word processing, and e-mail at a minimum.
