*This position is 40 hours per week, Days. The position is located at 1381 South Avenue.
The Call CenterRepresentative interacts with patients and fellow co-workers in a positive and professional manner. Ensures all patient and departmental needs are met. Responsible for providing accurate and efficient Call Center services including, but not limited to, general information, provider referral, patient registration, scheduling and caller assistance to patients and family, physicians, medical providers, and department contacts. Call Center staff is responsible for being the primary contact for inbound calls to Highland Family Medicine. Agents are expected to be flexible, adaptive and creative in support of new service offerings.
Education: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Previous medical office experience preferred.
License/Certification Required: n/a
Skills: Ability to use various hospital information systems (to include eRecord/eParc, Care Everywhere etc.); Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience is highly recommended
