Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and all HR administrative tasks
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves) and assit in the PSC project
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies Training management (excluding PSE, covered by Priscille Lagand): evaluation of training requirements, drafting of the legal annual training plan, monitoring of training initiatives etc.Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
