Sign-On Bonus Program:
• A $500 payment one month after the individual's hire date.
• A $750 payment when the individual reaches six months of employment.
• A $750 payment when the individual reaches one-year of employment.
Recruit, screen and recommend highly qualified candidates for Live Production vacancies
Set up and distribute interview schedules and interview information to appropriate Team Members according to company guidelines
Follow company Hiring Guidelines and AAP process
Recommend external advertising plans and identify outreach opportunities
Host on boarding and process orientation paperwork for new Team Members, enter information into Oracle, training entry, I-9 and other entering
Process new hire, rehire, transfers, promotions and terms for hourly and weekly salaried Team Members according to set processes
Process NOI feedback forms based on interview comments and ensure timely follow up through to completion
Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers in a courteous manner
Attend area job fairs to assist in our recruiting efforts to develop relations with local recruitment resources as the Minnesota Workforce Center, PACT 4, migrant labor groups, temp agencies, etc.
Translate English material to Spanish and Spanish material to English. Provide verbal translation for supervisor and team members as needed
Develop and maintain community links to assist applicants with community information
Assist in grade school and high school outreach programs for the surrounding Perham and Wadena areas.
Effectively role modal the Charter and Team Commitment to increase participatory environment of working together for mutual benefit
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Administrative support experience or degree in related field
Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail oriented and have proven organization skills
Proficient typing and computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet)
Excellent time management and able to work independently
Must meet all Live Production Biosecurity requirements
