This position is responsible for following animal care and bio-security guidelines as they brood and grow turkeys. In addition to providing daily care for the birds, the farm manager is responsible for maintaining barns, keeping accurate records, ordering feed and operating various types of equipment.
Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed.
Must also be able to stand/bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must not own, care for or handle pet birds, wild or domestic poultry or hogs.
Must have basic computer skills and be able to read and write English.
Applicant must be able to work in a dusty environment & walk on uneven surfaces.
