Overall Responsibilities: This position is responsible for ensuring that quality data sheets are collected and documented appropriately. May conduct quality audits and prepare presentations that cover scrap metrics and non-conformance findings
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate database information regarding scrap material and IPPM for all Koch plants.
• Review and develop charts for scrap and IPPM metrics.
• Conduct shop floor quality audits at production lines.
• Conduct dock audits.
• Report daily indicators, including production scrap and non-conformance findings.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Must know and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain warehouse and office housekeeping and 5S.
• Perform these and other comparable related duties as instructed by management.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must know Office Microsoft and excel. Education and Experience: Associate Degree or one year related experience. Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point proficient. Must be able to work any assigned shift and required overtime.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Ability to read complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and tape measures; various types of precision measuring instruments.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to use basic math and read a ruler.
Reasoning Abilities: Requires the use of judgement to plan and perform work, make decisions accordingly.
