- Handle in-bound calls, researching and resolving customer inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
- Listen empathetically and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism

- Complete robust paid training through classroom, online, and side-by-side methods

- Minimum high school diploma or GED and 1 year of work experience required
- College degree with up to 1 year work experience preferred
