We are looking for several individuals to provide customer service to Bank Members by phone or online, with loan applications, and help to resolve their issue (such as debit card issues, account overdrafts, electronic disputes, online/mobile banking issues, etc)s, provide information, and look for chances to strengthen customer relationship by suggesting Bank products and services.
Will be opening and processing all types of customer deposit accounts over phone and through internet applications, taking customer loan applications over the phone. Provide support and assistance with password resets, bill pay questions, user login requests, funds transfers, and browser issues and download questions.
Use system software to respond to online messages, answer questions, provide banking services, and resolve customer issues.
Requires basic math skills, intermediate computer skills, previous call center experience and the ability to multi-task.
