Job Title: Front Office Receptionist (Bilingual Required)
Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Flexible options available:

  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 3:30 PM
  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Front Office Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional front office environment, with approximately 50% of communication conducted in Spanish. While fluency in Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement. Your primary duties will include assisting with Spanish paperwork, such as I-9 forms and the employee handbook. Key Responsibilities:
  • First Impressions: Create a welcoming and professional front office atmosphere; maintain a professional dress code to uphold the office's vibe.
  • Client Engagement: Assist in organizing events such as lunch-and-learns and happy hours to foster client relationships.
  • Office Support: Utilize Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel for various office tasks.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks using Vista Accounting by Viewpoint.
  • Payroll Management: Handle payroll using an in-house developed app, adhering to weekly pay schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management tasks to ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
Qualifications:
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality; must be comfortable with the informal language often used in the construction industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially within the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is crucial, as the role involves significant communication in both languages.
Compensation:
$20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). The specific rate will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
