Marketing - Social Media - Website Specialist

Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and qualified Marketing - Social Media - Website Specialist to help us expand our presence in the Crane/Hoist/Rigging and Material Handling marketplace. As a vital member of our small but mighty team, you will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts and elevating us as the premier provider of our services and products. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to work closely with our owners and employees, allowing you to gain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings while developing innovative marketing campaigns that will take our business to new heights.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Location: Greenville, WI
- Pay Rate: $48,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience)
- Shift: Monday-Friday, with flexible hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging social media posts to generate buzz around new products.
- Stay updated on social media platform trends to ensure maximum engagement.
- Update and maintain the company website with current information, new products, and promotional content.
- Manage e-commerce operations using Shopify.
- Establish consistent branding across all social media accounts.
- Facilitate online customer interactions and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and relay feedback to relevant team members.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain training presentations for both customers and employees.
- Document participation in OSHA standards training for safe lifting and crane operations.
- Assist in producing short videos for product promotion and upload them to social media and the website.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in social media engagement and marketing.
- Knowledge of best practices and trends across various social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling written and visual content (text, images, video).
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), WordPress, Shopify, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience in video filming and editing is a plus.
