Project Manager Position Available (Direct Hire) - Souderton, PA

Kelly Services is currently seeking a customer-facing Senior Project Manager of Clinical Supplies for one of their top clients in the Souderton, PA area.

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, Clinical Supplies for our Souderton, PA location. The principal function of the project services department is the day-to-day management of all Clinical Services customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead external customer projects for the timely delivery through successful coordination of all tasks associated with packaging, labeling, and distribution

  • Work directly with the Project Managers at the other facilities

  • Spearhead the activities of the project team at all stages of the timeline, coordinating tasks and ensuring completion in line with the scope of work agreed

  • Determine scope and operational requirements of the project from the quotation and customer supplied information. Align customer requirements to internal processes, where possible

  • Disseminate all information from the customer accurately and promptly to all relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring any actions are understood and agreed with the project team as appropriate.



  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years project management experience

  • Management of client relationships

  • Communication proficiency with strong attention to detail

  • Willing to travel and attend meetings / conferences, as required

  • Provide regular updates to client and internal stakeholders

  • Complete departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for specific projects

  • Fulfill any necessary administration duties required to assist in the management of projects.


  • Pharmaceutical industry, clinical supplies, or clinical trial experience

  • Prior experience in a client-facing position
