? What's a typical day as a Property & Liability Claims Adjuster? You will:

Investigate, document, and analyze high-exposure claims including personal injury, wrongful death, and significant property damage.

Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and review materials to determine liability and settlement value.

Research applicable law, prepare litigation reports, and support legal strategy in coordination with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Collaborate with legal counsel, expert witnesses, and internal teams to negotiate settlements and protect the state's financial and legal interests.

Recommend appropriate actions and strategies to mitigate risk and prevent future liability exposures.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Strong investigative and analytical skills to assess complex claims.

Knowledge of tort, contract, and liability law.

Negotiation and settlement expertise.

Experience preparing litigation documentation and supporting legal proceedings.
