Warehouse Support
18/hr
Temp to hire
Work 6am-3pm, Monday-Friday

Duties/Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate will do the following.
1.    Receives products
2.    Loads and unloads trucks
3.    Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand, powered equipment, or other equipment
4.    Record number of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
5.    Provide dependable, shift-long coverage of the warehouse facilities to ensure order fulfilment operates as efficiently as possible for the duration of the shift
6.    Checks the product for accuracy against the invoices
7.    Checks the quality and expiration dates of the products
8.    Make sure the products are in good conditions
9.    Pull orders for customers for pick ups
10.    Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment. Report any malfunctions, insufficiencies, or necessary repair to a supervisor.
11.    Assist with other warehouse duties as needed 
Qualifications (required)
1.    1 to 2 years of warehouse experience
2.    Team oriented
3.    Stamina; the ability to exert yourself physically over long periods of time with getting winded or out of breath
4.    Written comprehension: able to read and understand an invoice
5.    Experience with sorting, loading, and unloading of food and non-food items
6.    Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shipping environment
7.    Ability to work with cross-functional teams
8.    Very good oral and written communication skills
9.    High school diploma or GED
