Key Human Services is currently seeking a Service Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
Manage assigned ID residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved
Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements
Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan
$500 Sign On Bonus eligible per incentive guidelines
Full time, exempt position
Pay starts at $60,000 annually

Minimum Educational Requirements: (One of the following)
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in intellectual disabilities or
8 years of solid experience in ID services with some relevant course work
Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize internal software programs
Knowledge of and ability to apply effective principles of management and leadership
Valid driver's license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including criminal record check and MVR
At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred
