Description

As an outside field representative, will manage growth and retention in an assigned territory with additional responsibilities in the growth of new business. Provides ongoing service and problem solving in the assigned territory.

  • BA/BS education is required; MBA preferred
  • At least five years of experience of direct sales into hospital laboratories
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Project planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred Experience working with large health systems central contracting process
  • Experience managing complex sales, selling into C-Suite
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills and sales tools and software

Other:

  • Extensive business travel (>50%) required inside of the defined territory
