We are currently recruiting for an Associate Commercial Training Manager to join our growing team; below describes the job position:


Essential Responsibilities


This position is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness within the Commercial (Sales) organization by playing a critical role in supporting global enablement functions and training for Sales Business Development Directors (BDDs) and Inside Sales Managers (ISMs) teams. Critical success factors for this role include: implementation of training for sales teams, support of training functions (e.g., commercial selling skills, (SFDC), and eLearning tools), and maintaining a learning culture.


Training, Best Practices & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with Business Leads to strengthen and support Sales/Inside Sales training curriculum
  • Provide new BDDs/ISMs a comprehensive onboarding experience
  • Drive and reinforce use of SFDC with the Sales team, emphasizing business standards and execution of best practice in conjunction with the Tools and Technology Team
  • Work directly with Commercial Training Lead(s) to coordinate, develop, and train Sales/Inside Sales teams on business-specific trainings with guidance from subject matter experts 

Commercial Project Management & Meeting Support

  • Work with Commercial Training Lead on the Global Commercial Meeting communication, pre-work, meetings, and trainings of service launches, including reinforcement and best practices
  • Work with Commercial Training Lead to support sales meeting agendas under direction of commercial leadership
  • Develop and maintain tools/resources/processes and works with appropriate individuals to support commercial effectiveness initiatives, skill enhancement, voice of the field, cross- functional team integration, best practice sharing, and process development
  • Create and execute engaging and compelling learning activities for sales meetings
  • Develop learning resources and motivational learning activities aligned with best practice and effectiveness initiatives
  • Participate in Global Commercial Organization projects and support initiatives as needed
  • BS/BA degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Publisher
  • Demonstrated internal or external project management skills
  • Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment
  • Coursework in training facilitation, needs assessment, and process mapping a plus
  • Understand the utilization of SFDC
  • Building programs using ADDIE and/or The 6 Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning a plus

3 years of experience in a learning and development role.

Previous roles should include but not limited to:

  • Sales, Training, and Communication related activities
  • Understanding and utilization of SFDC
  • Cross-functional Project Management
  • Coordination of schedules involving complexity in logistics
