Operate the CISCO IP phone to receive, relay, and connect all customer calls. Responsible for communication as required for all codes and any emergency situations.• Operate the Cisco IP Phone to provide information to callers, connects, and/or transfers calls. • Operate audible, visual and radio pager systems as needed. • Display a friendly and helpful attitude to all customers • Follow procedures to provide communications in all codes and emergencies. • Provide dialing instructions and assistance to patients and employees. • Provide information to callers to the patient information line. • Provide information and direction to all Lakeland visitors at all sites. • Maintain "on call" list of employees for all emergency on call services, then telephone staff with call-in information. Call in, on-call teams. • May be assigned to train new employees. • Provide inpatient information to Homecare, Florists, and church affiliation information to clergy. • Provide constant and continuous support to our security at all sites. Assisting them in all emergency situations. • Act as hospital's cashier to collect and post patient payments. • Prepare daily hospital deposit. • Cross-train to Access Management to offer assistance and emergency coverage as needed. • Committed to the continuous improvement of the patient experience which includes patient safety, quality of care and excellent service. Education:High School / GED / Math And Reading Assessment (Required)

• Environmental Conditions: Potential exposure to fumes, dust, gases, and odors. Frequent changes in temperature may occur. Possibility of exposure to communicable diseases.
