Work to develop, build and launch leadership and organizational development processes and systematic change management that build capability of operational leaders, high potentials, front line leadership and other critical talent in Lee Health's leadership pipeline. This role will identify leadership/organizational development and/or change management needs and issues, and enhance and/or design and deliver programs/services to address them. Design and launch multi-level leadership and organizational development programs that support Lee Health's business strategy and development needs for front line leadership, mid-level operational leaders and high potential leaders across all System entities. Engage key stakeholders in the program design and focus. Manage launch and metrics and modifications needed to address changing needs over time. Report progress against development timeline targets. Build leadership/organizational development and change management programs linked to achieving related HR initiatives and system goals.
Preferred and/or Master's Required
