Maintain safe and secure environment for guests and MCs, but effective implementation of all Safety and Security Procedures. Provide high level of customer service to all MCs and guests while providing them a secure environment. Will conduct injury and incident investigations/reports and ensure safety and security compliance throughout the Resort.
Scope and Responsibilities:
·Secures Facilities, equipment and other assets.
·Dispatches and responds to radio calls
·Inspects building and equipment
·Assists and conducts investigations, completes written reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities: interviews witnesses and obtains photographs.
·Responsible for Access Control
Excellent communication skills, reasoning and interpersonal skills are required in this job.
Excellent phone, radio and person to person communication skills are essential to this position. Prior theme park experience is helpful.
The ability to remain calm and act in high stress and pressure situations is required.
Must have a valid Driver's License with a safe driving record
Must have be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and grave yard to support park operations.
Must have current PSO or Guard Card or the ability to obtain one before starting
Must have valid CPR/First Aid/AED training or the ability to obtain one before starting.
