Linium is hiring for Administrative Assistants with a growing organization! Our client has multiple locations and is looking to hire two Administrative Assistants- one in Clifton Park and one in Glens Falls. This position will be based in a medical office and will involve regular interaction with patients.
Responsibilities may include checking patients in, taking insurance information, collecting co-pays, calling patients to confirm appointments, and responding to incoming inquiries. This is a direct hire position offering $15-17 per hour, based on experience.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum of one year of professional office experience
• Experience working in a healthcare office is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office programs, ability to learn new software programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
