We are seeking a candidate who would provide Administrative and Office Support to a department in a NYS agency! This is a one year contract paying $15.00 per hour with a 37.5 hour M-F work week. The ideal candidate should have at least one year administrative experience and will be assisting in preparing reports, supporting executives, and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to gain experience in a team-oriented office environment!
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:
• At least one year Administrative Support Experience
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Access)
• Strong attention to detail
• HS Diploma
