In this role you will be answering customer calls, solving their problems, providing support and updating computer systems.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Minimum of 2 years’ customer service related experience
• Ability to work a rotating schedule with varying shifts Monday – Friday (7:00AM – 8:00PM)
