Sr. Technical Product Manager

The Sr. Technical Product Manager provides technical strategic leadership and tactical guidance of the journey teams by analyzing features/functions, identifying high-value opportunities, and delivering metric-driven results.


  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholder, customers, team members
  • Partner with Lead Product Managers and the VP to outline the strategic vision and objective/key results (OKRs) for their journey team
  • Partner with the Product Strategy and Experience Design to conduct product/market fit analysis
  • Translate the strategic vision and OKRs into an actionable roadmap
  • Communicate complex technical systems to broader stakeholders to facilitate good business decisions for the marketplace
  • Coaches and mentors associate/entry-level Product Managers—with a lean on Technical PMs
  • Interface with the Data Science and Software Engineering Teams to facilitate the delivery of roadmap items
  • Partner with Data Science and Software Engineering Teams to ensure feasibility studies and supporting delivery are completed as needed
  • Perform/complete and utilize customer research and competitive analysis to create product requirements that drive toward incremental and dynamic outcomes
  • Define and measure success using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Partner with the product delivery team to deliver ongoing revenue-generating enhancements to our customers
  • Collaborates with DevOps Engineering and Delivery to balance feature delivery with other initiatives related to availability, capacity scalability and quality
  • Works with Design, Engineering, and Delivery to develop new product concepts using MVP prototyping and A/B testing approaches
  • Supervise product managers as needed
  • Engages and manages vendor-partners to deliver business outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience identifying various business problems or product flaws and coming up with creative technical solutions
  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role
  • 5+ years of Agile Leadership and/or relevant Agile Management Certification
  • Experience using data to solve real world problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
