The Role

Working in the Lumen EMEA COG (Complex Offnet Group) team, a Quotation Analyst I will be part of a team driving the off-net quoting process for access pricing in EMEA. COG forms part of wider commercial organisation and analysts will work to support commercial colleagues by following the off-net strategy as set out by AMO (Access Management). An understanding of Lumen products and adherence to departmental process and procurement guidelines in the selection of the least cost/best solution is key.

The Main Responsibilities

The analyst will process Service Inquiries for the assigned region in a timely and efficient manner. Working with external vendors, requests should be completed in line with set deadlines and should be cost effective for the customer and optimal for the business. Analysts support the global sales organisation and serve as liaison & first level of escalation with EMEA vendors. As part of a team the analyst will also support and back-up colleagues covering other regions when necessary.

The analyst will be subject matter experts for their region and should maintain up to date country/vendor information through regular interaction with internal teams and external vendors. The analyst will work closely with Carrier Relation Managers (CRM) ensure regional strategy is followed.

Analysts will also assist with resolving ordering/provisioning queries in relation to EMEA access pricing when necessary.

Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the business.

Team player and self-motivator. Proactive in approach to the role and a can do attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales as per business SLAs in support of Sales activities.

Able to work independently to meet own plan of work, whilst participating in the wider team and building productive and collaborative work relationships both internally and externally.
