We are seeking a strong Product Manager to help us bring to market our innovative and industry-leading products in the B2B space.
Develop and lead product development for end-to-end delivery of B2B entity data and risk management solutions.
Work closely with the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements for product launch operationalization.
Assist in defining product vision, road-map and growth opportunities with a keen eye toward best practices for scalability and customer experience.
Engage with the business operational teams (delivery, implementations, servicing, operations, etc) that will provide long-term support for the product to ensure readiness.
Own and produce product documentation and process/procedures required, liaise with internal teams to validate and publish.
Map processes for the onboarding of customers to the new solution, including detail of the all touch points for the product across internal and external systems; analyze existing processes to enhance.
Interface with the supporting functions, such as Legal, Compliance, Security, Marketing, etc to get the needed reviews, approvals and feedback.
Provide frequent communication to the product leadership on launch progress and readiness, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision.
Understand and bring insights into the lifecycle of our B2B customers and ecosystem to help drive best practices for the delivery of the product.
All About You
Excellent relationship building skills
Prior experience in entity data management and data centered B2B solutions
Agile product development experience
Bachelors in Business, Operations, or similar relevant field. Masters ideal, but not required
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
