You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you  will use internal and customer data to optimise plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
  • Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximise service levels and sales

The key purpose of the role is to act as single point of contact for assigned customer portfolio within the OTD Order To Delivery process. Ensuring all day to day customer related activities are dealt within a courteous, accurate & timely manner and adhering to current business standards. Manage escalations for complaints/ disputes, handle specific requests and issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for E2E Order To Delivery performance
  • Ensure an efficient order execution and stock allocation with focus on promotion quantities, bottlenecks and quotas
  • Responsible for an efficient communication with customer´s supply chain
  • Proactive order management in bottleneck situations
  • Management pricing masterdata
  • Complaint management (returns, quality, volume or pricing escalations, approvals)
  • Monitor and ensure stock availability particularly of new products, seasonals and limited editions in bottleneck situations  and close checks on customer requirements (shelf life rules, delivery days)
  • Vendor Managed Inventory or Implants (where applicable)
  • Identify and analyze potential process optimization “order to delivery” and initiate / implement respective improvement projects
  • Clarification for orders in case language clarifications and discussions with customers and sales are needed
  • Order and delivery optimization
  • Proactive offering of BBD endangered products
  • Cooperation with Mondelez Business Services: ensure that needed information for Back Office defined activities are provided on time, complete and understandable. Monitor outcome, interfere if failed necessary

  • Strong system know how: SAP, MS Office, SAP BI

  • Knowledge of Logistic Processes
