Serves as a liaison between the Program Director of Medical Education, affiliate hospitals, medical education organizations, applicants, residents and other departments and divisions. These functions are performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's philosophy, policies, procedures and standards. Qualifications:
- BA/BS required. MA/MS in healthcare, education or relevant field preferred.
- Progressively responsible experience in an academicand/or healthcare setting or equivalent setting including supervision of staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Familiarity with computer database systems and basic accounting for expenses.
- Ability to interact with diverse physicians and managers.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
