Overview:

 

The Clinical Supervisor will provide comprehensive clinical oversight to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. This role includes maintaining BCBA responsibilities with a reasonable direct patient care caseload to allow for hands-on application of ABA principles and modeling best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA which should include experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

  • License(s): Missouri LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst).

  • Certification(s):

    • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

    • Certification required through Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

    • Proof of completion of the BACB 8-hour Supervision Course
