Job Profile

The HR Business Partner works closely with employees and management to advise on and facilitate key Human Resources processes and issues. This position also provides learning solutions for the Operations function, ensuring the effective creation, delivery, and evaluation of training content and programs for internal development. This position conducts assessments, identifies performance gaps, and independently manages the effective rollout of multiple complex learning projects.  This position will often require handling sensitive information, partnering in difficult situations, helping facilitate change, coaching and upskilling leaders across the organization and acting as an employee champion. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and works closely with others on the HR team and in management to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy to best support our leaders in requisite conversations and problem solving.

Responsibilities
HR Support: Lead the education, communication and support of HR initiatives by partnering with business leaders to drive performance management, change management, employee development, adherence to company policies and procedures and HR administration (on-boarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc.). Manage resolution of employee relations concerns to ensure fair, consistent and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values. Partner with members of the HR team and the business to work on other projects, as assigned.

Training Content Creation and Management: Creates and updates training material for internal development. Drafts content/communications that equip employees with the required knowledge and skills to achieve the organization's quality, financial and customer service goals. Ensure all training material is compliant and up-to-date with federal, state, and local laws. Following approved L&D procedures for review, approval, maintenance and archiving of training materials.

Project Management: Oversees all aspects of multiple complex learning projects independently including: creating project plans, tracking the approval and status of prioritized requests, and coordinating and completing projects on time and within budget and scope. Tracks and reports learning measurement including evaluations to identify successes and possible improvements. Anticipates obstacles and seeks the appropriate support to overcome them. Probes all fruitful sources for information needed and seeks advice from those who have solved similar problems or completed similar tasks successfully.  Fully analyzes the possible impacts of change to proactively plan for a successful implementation. 

Relationship Management: Serves as a key liaison for one or more operations functions.  Regularly meets with operational leaders to understand the business outcomes essential for their success and to make recommendations for improvement. Collaborates to develop criteria to measure learning impact and to establish benchmarks for measuring outcomes. Works closely with content owners (SME's) to foster development of compelling content.  Leverages diverse views and ideas to achieve goals. Interprets and explains information in the right level of granularity to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. 

Operations and Individual Contributor Course Training Facilitation: Facilitates Operations training (including train-the-trainer sessions) and individual contributor courses for the company's leadership development programs.

Learning Research: Conducts research on the most effective and efficient trends in adult learning practices and makes recommendations on the best ways to achieve organizational learning goals.
