The HR Representative I is responsible for day-to-day management of Tier 1 & Tier 2 queries from across the organization related to HR Service Center helping employees to address concerns and solve HR issues in collaboration with office-based HR teams. Acts as a point of contact for timely and accurately resolving queries received through HR SNOW and/or emails and communicates back to the requestor. Extends support to the other HR team members in recruitment and staffing, personnel records, benefits, HRIS and training (if needed)
