Drafts and or edits sales related communications to internal and external channel. Conducts on-line and in person training for the entire sales organization. This includes training support for our contracted agents, brokers, and third party call center vendor. Works with cross functional teams to identify and implement training improvement opportunities. Assists in the deployment, adherence, and execution of the Training Plan framework. Occasionally, designs and/or modifies courses and curriculums to satisfy training needs.
o Trains on site from existing materials
o Works closely with personnel to update content
o Promotes the flow of information across departments, sales channels and follows up to ensure individuals receive proper training
o Works with department Call Center Managers, Sales Managers, and Broker Channel Managers to identify channel training needs
o Maintains training records
o Stays abreast of changes in the organization's and CMS' existing and new requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years' experience conducting training sessions for internal and external groups.
