Job Summary Bring your compliance management experience and managed care regulatory knowledge to our California health plan to lead the compliance program and help prevent and/or detect violation of applicable laws and regulations. You will ensure the health plan's accountability for compliance by overseeing and resolving investigations.
What you will do:
• Oversee and manage all compliance activities and serve as a resource on compliance issues. Provide leadership and expertise to help facilitate compliance with applicable statutes and policies.
• Enforce, as a representative of management, the Compliance Plan, Code of Conduct and Anti-Fraud Plan.
• Establish an active relationship with third parties who have specific experience in conducting fraud and abuse investigations.
• Prepare written reports to inform leadership, no less than quarterly, the status of activities pertaining to overall Health Plan compliance.
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
