Customer Service & Logistics

Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you'll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you'll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Description of Job

This role is responsible for managing finite scheduling and SAP APO master data for the plant. The incumbent will determine optimal production over the short-term horizon, taking run rules and downtime calendars of resources and materials into consideration. The person will be the liaison to corporate Product Supply and Materials Management and collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams to ensure the needs of the business are met.


  • Maintains all SAP APO master data to ensure constant stream of accurate information: Blackout Calendar, Min Lot Size/Rouding Values, Production Versions, Master Recipes/BOMs, Run Rates, Loss Factors, Changeover Matrices.

  • Convert weekly SNP orders to PPDS planned orders as production plans roll into the finite window.

  • Hold weekly scheduling meetings with Product Supply to determine necessary changes to the plant's production schedule.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all labor, material, and operational inputs can support the aligned schedule- hold internal scheduling meetings with all key team members.

  • Sequence PPDS planned orders in the finite window to reflect production plans for deployment.

  • Create and close process orders for each week's production and adjust daily as necessary.

  • Manage master compliance to schedule by ensuring Lag2 plans are equivalent to process orders in current week and no volume has been lost.

  • Maintain daily CTS report and notify Product Supply as issues arise.

  • Hold quarterly blackout calendar and Master Data reviews with internal team members. Including, but not limited to, run rates, capacity and ECC Data.

  • Lead Material Planning and Ordering, ensures inventory accuracy, and minimizes waste risk.


  • Minimum 3 years supply chain, or manufacturing experience
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and some remote stakeholders
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, SAP (ECC/APO) experience preferred.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, and influence in a matrixed, environment
