Junior Brand Manager Gum & Candy CH
Purpose of the role: The role of the Junior Brand Manager (JBM) will be to support the Brand Manager Switzerland (BM) in managing the development of Gum and Candy Category in Switzerland by executing brand projects and activities supporting MEU's strategies and objectives for the brand

Main Responsibilities: In particular the responsibilities of this position will include:
  • Support BM in execution of brand plans for Stimorol and V6
  • Lead specific consumer brand activity projects in the area of below-the-line and make sure they are embedded in the overall brand equity campaigns
  • Ownership of the owned media platforms (websites, FB/IG/Youtube account), coordinate community management with external agency
  • Further develop the Stimorol Social Media strategy together with external agencies and in alignment with BM and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct competitor/ market place analysis for the brands Stimorol and V6
  • Support managing KPI analysis & budget
  • Supporting the marketing team on sales presentations for internal meetings and the filed force
  • Supporting Brand Manager on product roll-outs and in daily tasks


Qualifications

Career Experience and Role Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in Marketing or Economics area
  • At least 1 year work experience in marketing or adjacent areas with qualifications in online marketing and marketing mix, FMCG area knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of communication, brand equity management and Swiss retail landscape in general
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to prioritize work based on success criteria
  • Passionate about digital, social media, current trends and technologies
  • Very good MS-Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and German is a must, French is a plus
  • Accurate and organized working style with an ability to react quickly to changes
  • Independent, proactive working style and team spirit
