You'll put our customers at the heart of our business. By building strong relationships with every customer, big or small, you'll help Mondelēz International become the supplier of choice and ensure we deliver world-class execution of our business plans in every store.

Job Scope


The purpose of this role is to lead the Sales Analytics and Reporting agenda for alternative channels, define the corresponding road map and ensure implementation to drive in-store execution, route to market and ultimately top line growth. This role is also responsible for leading the digital strategy including systems & tools, test out future technology and is the link to the global sales analytics group.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop the alternative channels Analytics strategy and road map to ensure the right technology is in place to drive alt channels transformation

  • Lead, coach and work with the market teams to roll out and embed technology that will deliver objective outlet execution measurement and insights

  • Lead the Digital Strategy development and deployment

  • Support outlet universe segmentation & establish execution performance standards incl. route planning and post call sales and activity analysis

  • Manage development and implementations of internal/external Sales Systems and Tools

  • Test out future retail execution technologies and applications (e.g. 20:20)

  • Linkage to global sales analytics group

Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required
  • 5-7 years in US retail sales in CPG
  • Experience in sales analytics
  • Development and implementation of sales tools and applications
  • Experience in system and data management
  • MDLZ market and reporting knowledge and expertise in MDLZ operating systems & tools, in particular SAP BI, DSiM, Edge, Market Pulse, D4SA is a plus
  • Project management experience and ability to operate in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse internal and external key stakeholders
